Note on Sensitive Data: We do not actively solicit Sensitive Personal Information (e.g., racial origin, political opinions, health data). However, if you include such information in your Inputs or Content, it will be processed as part of the Service functionality.

C. Social Media & Third-Party Account Data

If you choose to connect third-party accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google):

Account identifiers and tokens
Public profile information
Content and metadata made available via those platforms (subject to your permissions and the third party’s privacy policies)

If you log in using Facebook, gender information (if provided) is used solely to personalize AI-generated content and adjust grammatical structure and tone.

D. Usage & Device Information

IP address
Browser type and version
Device identifiers (IDFA, Android ID)
Operating system
Pages viewed, features used, timestamps, and crash logs

E. Payment Information

If applicable, payments are processed by third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe, Apple Pay). We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

A. AI Generation

We process your Inputs (prompts, text, style references) using our proprietary algorithms and third-party AI models to generate Outputs.

B. No Model Training on User Content

We respect your intellectual property. We do not use your specific User-Generated Content or Inputs to train our foundational artificial intelligence models or the models of our third-party providers, unless you explicitly grant us permission to do so. Your data is processed solely to provide the Service to you.

C. Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs are probabilistic and may contain inaccuracies.
Outputs are not legal, financial, or professional advice.
You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before publishing.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

A. AI & LLM Service Providers

To provide AI functionalities, we transmit your Inputs to trusted third-party artificial intelligence providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Cloud).

These providers are authorized to use your data solely for the purpose of generating content for you.
We have agreements in place to ensure they do not use your data to train their general foundation models.

B. Service Providers

Third parties that help us operate the Service, including:

If we learn that we have collected any personal information from children under 13 (or under 18 where prohibited), we will delete such information and terminate the child’s account.
